Solicitor Query Service
Are you a solicitor? Are you stuck on a probate query? Well, you have come to the right place.
No question is too short or too simple. You might need us to sense check an oath, or guide you through a foreign case. It might be a probate query with a property, tax or litigation element. We deal with them all. We ask you to fill out your query with as much detail as possible, attaching copies of your will, oath, grant etc or any other background document you think would be useful.
We offer three levels of service, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
No budget for a query? It's just a once-off, simple sense check? No problem! We can help, just tell us that it's not chargeable and we will still help you out. This is our Bronze Service. We know that you'll be back to us with something more substantial down the line.
Need advice on something a bit meatier. You've come to the right place. Our normal fee is €150 + VAT per query. The above normal service (our "Silver Service") only covers advice by email. That service does not include drafting.
If you would like us also to provide advice and draft documents for you (for example an Oath, an Affidavit of Laws, a Disclaimer, etc . .) we do that too. Choose the service below (the "Gold Service"). The fees for this service are €250 + VAT.
Our turn around time is 48 hours.
We ask you to agree to our terms and conditions. Please read these so you understand the nature of the service.
Looking forward to coming back to you soon!

We think we provide a great service, but don’t take our word for it. Here is what some of your colleagues are saying.
“Most helpful. Very detailed with all the necessary information on extracting grants of Probate/Administration post and pre 2001. We also found his services to be very efficient with replies by return. His services are very inexpensive for the advice and service he provided.”
Butler Cunningham & Molony, Solicitors, Templemore, County Tipperary.
“Colm is an invaluable resource on all things probate, an area which is becoming more complex to manage particularly for a practitioner who does not deal with probate on a daily basis. He is the “go to person” for me to talk about an issue which is causing a concern or where I would simply need a steer in the right direction. I would recommend him highly for all your probate queries.”
Albert Wolfe, Solicitor, Access Credit Union Limited
“I recently engaged with Colm Kelly . . .he immediately responded to me and was very forthcoming with the information which I required…I find his collegiality and willingness to share information to be refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending Colm and his practice.”
Karen O’Donovan, Solicitor, Kinsale
